Return Policy

Services purchased from Silver Lining Networks which have been fulfilled are not eligible for return.  Services which could not be fulfilled because of technical or other issues are eligible for credit in the amount of service purchase.

Refund Policy

Silver Lining does not issue refunds.  Transactional errors between the Silver Lining Networks secure web site and merchant gateways will be voided within one business day.

Cancellation Policy

Silver Lining Networks plan subscriptions may be canceled at any time.  Unused plan service will not be refunded.  Notice of cancellation may be given via the secure website portal, or by emailing , or via phone 888.334.6602.
